Yoga Teacher
Philomena trained in Hearts of Courage under the expert guidance of Suzanne O'Sullivan and Maura Rath. Philomena’s training included a mix of Ashtanga and Katonah yoga, which she is eager to bring to her students in a flow class setting. She has been practicing yoga for many years, initially starting to gain flexibility and calm a busy mind. She continued because yoga made her feel amazing both mentally and physically. Becoming a yoga teacher was a natural progression for her, driven by a desire to share her knowledge and experience to help people on their yoga journey and to feel the transformative effects on their minds and bodies.

Philomena looks forward to bringing a creative, fun, and dynamic energy to her classes, while also ensuring there is plenty of time for restoration toward the end of the class so her students leave feeling amazing in both body and mind.
