The Resting Practice

Held Monthly on Sunday evenings – lead by Tanya Ross

Suitable for everyone of all levels. Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and much stillness. Relax in the peaceful and cosy surroundings of the dimly lit lion's breath yoga studio and fully immerse yourself in some self care for 2 hrs.

Experience a unique restorative class led by Tanya, who integrates her knowledge and expertise in Shamanic Practitioning and yoga for the nervous system to ensure you feel completely safe, secure, and deeply connected during your session.

 

At the end of the class, enjoy a caffeine-free tea to sip before you leave.

What to Bring:

  • Two pillows, one for each side.

  • Warm, comfortable, and cozy clothing

  • Water to drink

Everything else will be provided.
