Service Description
This Autumn Sunday 29th December at 2pm – 6pm Join us for a retreat designed to foster connections— with others, with your life force energy, and most importantly, with yourself. Begin the retreat with a warm welcome and a fun grounding practice led by Tanya. This session will include a gentle warm up yoga flow to help you fully connect with the present moment, others around you and will also invite you to set your sankalpa (intention) for evening. Dynamic Pilates Session with Belinda Following the grounding yoga session, Belinda will guide you through a unique Pilates practice. Known for her attentive and knowledgeable approach, Belinda breaks down each pose to help you identify muscle activation and bring greater awareness to your body. Enjoy a fun and engaging Pilates flow sequence designed to invigorate and energize. (50mins) Meditation, Breathwork , Cold Plunge & Sauna After Pilates, take a break for a breathwork session to deepen your connection to your breath and calm your mind. For those looking to enhance the experience, we offer an optional (but highly recommended) cold plunge to invigorate the senses and promote circulation followed by a cosy sauna. Snack and Refreshments Enjoy a nutritious snack afterwards. This is a perfect time to relax, socialise, and nourish your body before the final session. Restorative Yoga with Tanya The retreat concludes with a deeply restorative yoga session led by Tanya. This practice focuses on calming the nervous system through a series of floor-based, deeply relaxing poses. Designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, this session helps you move from a state of fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest, promoting deep relaxation and enhancing feelings of safety and belonging. Arise from this practice feeling restored, revitalised, and deeply connected to yourself. Join us for a day of rejuvenation and connection at Lion's Breath Yoga Studio. 2pm - 6pm snack and sauna included. We are delighted to collaborate with Glide who have very kindly gifted everyone a beautiful pair of grippy socks to enhance your pilates practice. Tickets €70 per person including snack, sauna & free gift!

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellations: You must cancel a class at least 12 hours before it starts to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class. This policy applies to single class payments, class passes, and block classes (e.g., 4 classes paid upfront). Full payment for block classes is due before the block starts, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes within the block. Exceptions: There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for workshops, retreats and The resting practice with a 50% service charge fee upon cancellation. You will not be eligible for a refund after this time or for no-shows. As a small studio, this policy is essential for our operations. Thank you for your understanding. Studio Cancellations: If Lion’s Breath Yoga studio cancels a class, course, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or the class will not be deducted from your pass. Schedule Changes: While we strive to deliver all classes as scheduled, classes are subject to change without notice. This may include changes in class times, teacher substitutions, or cancellations due to bad weather. Refunds will not be offered for class passes due to these changes. Government Guidelines: We may need to adjust our services to comply with government advice, laws, and regulatory requirements. If the government mandates the closure of the yoga studio due to Covid-19, classes will continue online.
